The Verdi Chorus Pandemic Cookbook was created in response to The Verdi Chorus having to cancel their annual summer potluck in August 2020 due to the pandemic. The sharing of food has always been such an integral part of Verdi Chorus rehearsals, board meetings and parties. The Verdi Chorus Pandemic Cookbook features over 175 recipes with contributions from Verdi Chorus Founding Artistic Director Anne Marie Ketchum, The Verdi Chorus Board of Directors, The Fox Singers, Verdi Chorus guest soloists and chorus members, past and present, and arrives just in time for Mother’s Day on May 09, 2021.
